CardMan 3121 está diseñado para utilizar DNI electrónico así como para cumplir todos los estándares como ISO 7816, EMV 2000, Microsoft WHQL, USB CCID, PC/SC, HBCI (Home Banking Computer Interface), especificaciones PC-2001 y muchos más. El uso dentro de la aplicación está basado en interfaz estándar como PC/SC, OCF (Open Card Framework) o CT-API. El soporte USB CCID hace que la integración del sistema existente sea la más fácil conectando el host y el lector Smart Card sin necesidad de drivers adicionales.

The CardMan® 3121 is a plug & play USB reader with a transmission speed to
the card of up to 420kbps. Thanks to its compliance with all industry
standards, this reader is compatible with virtually any contact smart card
with any operating system for any application.
The reader is designed to meet all major standards
like ISO 7816, EMV 2000, Microsoft WHQL, USB CCID, PC/SC, HBCI (Home Banking
Computer Interface), the PC-2001 Specification and many more.
The usage within an application is based on standardized
